I'm a mom of 2 humans + a puppy, wife to a man almost as funny as I am, yoga teacher, reiki practioner, and essential oil guide. I'm a Taurus, enneagram 3, and ENFP. I run on guac, netflix, and true crime.
My Story
A former actress and teacher, I pride myself on creating safe, supportive environments for my people to feel, experience, and grow.

I have always been a "happy person" - naturally joyful and smiley. Here's what nobody tells you: "happy people" don't have to be happy all the time. I used to live my life according to what I thought other people wanted. I pretended to be happy 100% of the time, I followed life paths that I thought I "should" follow. I ended up depressed, anxious, and lacking direction.

Enter yoga.

My mat became my own safe environment. My practice taught me to actually *feel* my emotions, label them, accept them, and let them go. It taught me to breathe through panic attacks. It taught me that I can be my true self.

I started using essential oils as a bonus treat during yoga classes, but it wasn't until the year of all years, 2020, that I began to incorporate oils into our home and health routines. We slowly began learning about toxic chemicals, and switching to safer alternatives. I feel so empowered having natural options to support our health and home!
