I'm an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), cool mom, and guac-lover. Dogs melt my heart and my mom thinks I'm funny.

My Story

A former actress and teacher, I pride myself on creating safe, supportive environments for my people to feel, experience, and grow.

I have always been a "happy person" - naturally joyful and smiley. Here's what nobody tells you: "happy people" don't have to be happy all the time. I used to live my life according to what I thought other people wanted. I pretended to be happy 100% of the time, I followed life paths that I thought I "should" follow. I ended up depressed, anxious, and lacking direction.

Enter yoga.

My mat became my own safe environment. My practice taught me to actually *feel* my emotions, label them, accept them, and let them go. It taught me to breathe through panic attacks. It taught me that I can be my true self.

I love dogs! I rescued a black lab mix named Link.
I'm a mom to Calvin + Lexi. But not like a regular mom, a cool mom. 
My favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
