I'm Katie.

Hey! 

I teach millennial mamas how to feel happy + healthy through yoga, meditation, and natural wellness.

 

I spent a good part of my 20's depressed, anxious, and lacking direction. 

Through a lot of learning, practice, and failed experiments, I've found a way to manage my stress and increase my happiness through wellness practices. 

Today, I blend my passions of movement, teaching, and mental health advocacy to help others find more joy in every day.
